At H.R. Higgins (Coffee-man) Ltd., we take pride in the quality of our specialty coffees and teas; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on non-food items or incorrect orders.
Return Process

Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing our customer service team with your order number and details of the issue.
- 2.Await Authorization
Our specialists will review your request and provide a return authorization code along with the appropriate return shipping address for hardware or unopened accessories.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Ensure that non-perishable items are returned in their original packaging and are unused to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
- 4.Processing Refund
Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
